Having family photos taken can feel like a daunting experience⦠trust me, I know!
I used to avoid photos, waiting for the βrightβ time. I would find excuses such as, βwhen I feel happy within myselfβ or βwhenever I am less sleep deprivedβ or βwhen Charlie is older and listens betterβ. I regretfully missed out on capturing so many milestones because I always put it in the βtoo hardβ basket.
Well.. I am here to make this process feel EASY for you. Not only will I be with you every step of the way upon booking, with styling advice, location guides & how to prep manuals; I will also do EVERYTHING I can to make the shoot fun and enjoyable for you & everyone involved.
The interactive techniques I use with children, such as games and stories, allows them to have fun and feel relaxed. I capture kiddos unique personalities because I take the less traditional method of NOT asking them to stand still and smile at the camera for 45 minutes.

I own an extensive and complimentary client wardrobe that is thoughtfully curated to ensure every member of your family looks and feels their best during your session. The collection of clothing I have for mums, babies, kids, and dads, takes the stress out of styling and helps you create a cohesive, timeless look. I have uploaded all of my pieces on my βclient wardrobeβ highlight on instagram. Most of my clients request a handful of pieces for me to bring along to our shoot together, however try ons are available on request at my studio in Attadale.

Most of my galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks, however my contract states that my maximum turn around time for regular galleries is 6 weeks and up to 8 weeks for weddings/elopements. This allows me flexiblity in the case of any emergencies or personal life events occuring.

As much as I wish I could do sneak peaks for every gallery, at the moment I only offer sneak peaks for wedding and elopements. You will recieve these sneak peaks within 48-72 hours of your special day.

I have an extensive list of my favourite locatione, which I have listed in a guide for all of my clients that book in with me. My clients will recieve access to this close to their session date. I have certain locations which I may recommend based on weather conditions and achieving the best outcomes for your session. Please let me know if you have any specific locations that may be special or of preference to you. I am happy to accomodate this!

Weather forecasts are constantly changing. For the most part, I will determine whether an outdoor shoot will proceed by the late morning, on the day of the shoot. Please let me know if you have hair or make-up booked in before your photoshoot, as I am much more conservative with rescheduling in this case. Some locations (particularly the coast) can be extra windy. I will always advise my clients if the location they have chosen is predicted to be windy and will give them the option to change locations.

I charge a small travel fee for locations that are over 30kms/travel from my home.

Send through your enquiry with your preferred session and date/time/days of the week. I try to keep my daytime shoots (studio/in-home sessions) to Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & occassional weekends. My sunset shoot days are weekends & Wednesdays. If you have a preference for a different day of the week, please let me know & I will do my best to accomodate.

Once we have figured out the best date for the shoot, I will send you a link to pay your deposit and sign your contract to secure your date. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold the date. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the date will be opened back up to other enquiries.

I will send you my styling guide, locaton guide & photoshoot guide prior to our photoshoot together. I will help to prepare you as much as possible for our shoot together. The exact time and location will be confirmed 48 hours prior to our shoot together. The remainder of your invoice is due 1 week prior to the shoot.

Your booking link will contain a questionnaire in it. I kindly ask that you fill this out prior to our photoshoot together. The more I know, the better!

Itβs shoot day! Come to your photoshoot ready to have some fun. Make sure the kids are well fed and prepped. Aim to arrive at the shoot location 10 minutes early.

It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to carefully edit each photo in your gallery. Weddngs are closer to the 4-6 week mark.

I will send you a link with access to your gallery. If you decide you want to upgrade your gallery, let me know and I will grant access to download all of the photos. The link to your gallery will be valid for 3 months. A print shop will be attached to your gallery if you wish to display or gift on your photos.
