Whenever someone asks me what my favourite thing to document is, the answer will always be “BIRTHS”.

Not only is birth THE most unscripted form of photography I can think of, but my background in midwifery makes me love it that much more. Capturing your birth story is incredibly intimate and a profound way to preserve one of life’s most powerful moments. The birth of your child is an experience filled with raw emotion, vulnerability, and strength—a moment that words often fail to fully capture. Having your birth documented allows you to relive the journey, from the built up anticipation, to the first breath of your baby, through the lens of someone who is purely a fly on the wall.
