Meet Georgia.

Heya! I’m Georgia.

As much as I loooove a good yarn, I will try to keep this short and sweet!

My main role is being a mum to a very energetic boy, Charlie. Raising him has been the greatest privilege and I feel like he has led me into this passion that I get to call my job. Having an adventurous and playful kiddo has brought the inner child right out of me, and has helped me soooo much with working with all types of children. You will never catch me on the sidelines at the park, I am always climbing, sliding or swinging with him.
I love the simple things in life… sunshine, coffee, music, the beach & easy company. I have always loved documenting the good moments as well as the mundane moments; the ones where you don’t realise how special a moment is until you look back on it. A nurse and midwife by trade, I unintentionally stumbled into photography when I captured my friend & her son at the beach on my old dusty canon DSLR for fun one day. Turns out, that was the best decision I have ever made, and now I pinch myself everyday that I get to call this my full-time job!
All of my memories as a child revolve around spending time outdoors and traveling with my family. I am at my happiest when I am in nature and I will never turn down a quick little spontaneous trip down south when I have the opportunity to do so. I love the coast just as much as I love exploring inland.
When I was fifteen my brother died from a terminal illness. The photos and videos we have together in those fifteen years mean EVERYTHING to me. I wish we had more photos with my parents included, but they were always behind the camera documenting the moments for us. This is why I feel so passionate about having professional photos taken, whether it’s a once off, or you keep them up-to-date annually. Sometimes we never know how special a photo may be until years down the track and I feel incredibly privileged with each family that allows me into their lives.
Every single shoot and experience has been so incredibly unique, and this is why I will never lose my passion for celebrating and documenting the individuality of every person & family.

We had such a beautiful session with Georgia, who was so friendly, interactive and made the entire process so much fun for my partner, toddler and I.
